Today, government agencies work in a more distributed environment. However, it is still necessary for complete and accurate information to be captured, given such agencies rely on this to better support, protect and serve the community.
Most have already adopted new technologies such as Microsoft 365, including collaboration tools like Teams or SharePoint. But, how can Records Managers leverage these new tools and systems for their benefit and efficiency in a remote-working world?
